Bill’s 30+ years of industry experience includes helping develop Kennametal’s solid round cutting tool manufacturing facility. Over time, he engineered optimized grinding processes and modified machine parameters to ensure exact specification compliance. Simply sharpening an edge is never enough—replicating original OEM specifications is essential to restoring like-new tool life. Under Bill’s leadership as President, Better Edge has expanded into four core divisions: tool reconditioning, custom manufacturing, PVD coating services, and authorized distribution of Kennametal, Simonds Saw Blades, and Arno products.
